Work Experience KPMG Channel Islands Limited is offering students the opportunity to join one of our departments and develop your experience in a real business environment. Work experience placements can be offered in the following business areas:
The length of work experience placements varies between one and four weeks, however, there are occasions where a summer placement is available. Students will develop a range of skills that will enable them to add value to the department they are assigned to. You will also have the opportunity to meet a broad range of KPMG Staff and obtain first-hand experience of how we work with our clients. Sandwich Placement Programme This programme involves a 12-month placement in our Audit or Tax department. Sandwich placements provide university students an opportunity to gain a broad range of professional experience, while working with a wide variety of client and people within KPMG in the Channel Islands. What qualifications do I need? Work experience placements are open to students studying for AS and A2 Levels and those at university. For a Sandwich Placement you would be in your penultimate year at university and on track for a 2.1 degree or higher. Good numeracy, communication and team management skills are essential.
